Classification of booster pump products
biogas type
Pneumatic booster pumps are divided into gas-liquid booster pumps and gas booster pumps. The principle of a booster pump is to utilize the low air pressure of a large-area piston to generate high hydraulic pressure on a small-area piston. In industrial applications, they are used for clamping machine tool chucks, charging accumulators, filling high-pressure cylinders, and converting low-pressure gas into high-pressure gas. Booster pumps can be used wherever the air source pressure is insufficient, whether in machinery or testing equipment.
Driven by gas, this pump produces no electric arcs or sparks, making it suitable for use in environments with flammable or explosive liquids or gases. Regardless of the cause of a pressure drop in the pressure holding circuit, the booster pump will automatically start to replenish the leaked pressure and maintain a constant circuit pressure. Compressed air, nitrogen, steam, and natural gas can all be used as the pump's driving gas source.
gas-liquid type
The pump automatically stops once pressure balance is achieved again. Automatic reciprocating motion is achieved using a single pneumatically controlled unbalanced gas distribution valve. The pump body's pneumatic drive section is made of aluminum alloy. Liquid-contacting parts are selected from carbon steel or stainless steel depending on the medium. All pump seals are imported high-quality products, ensuring the performance of the gas-liquid booster pump.
air type
The principle of an air booster pump is to utilize the low air pressure of a large-area piston to generate high hydraulic pressure from a small-area piston. Air booster pumps are used in working environments where the pressure of the existing compressed air system needs to be increased. They can increase the air pressure of the working system by 2-5 times, requiring only compressed air within the working system as the air source. This pump is suitable for single-source pressurization. No power supply is required (it can be used in explosion-proof applications). Within the pump's pressure range, adjusting the regulating valve adjusts the inlet air pressure, resulting in stepless adjustment of the output hydraulic pressure.
Chlorine type
The chlorine booster pump has a wide operating pressure range; different pump models can be selected to achieve different pressure zones, and the output pressure can be adjusted accordingly by regulating the input gas pressure. It can reach very high pressures, up to 90 MPa for gas. It also has a wide flow range; all pump models can operate stably with only 0.1 kg of gas pressure, achieving even lower flow rates. Adjusting the inlet gas volume yields different flow rates. It is easy to control, meeting requirements from simple manual control to fully automatic control. It features automatic restart; regardless of the cause of a pressure drop in the pressure holding circuit, it will automatically restart to replenish the leaked pressure and maintain a constant circuit pressure. Operation is safe; being gas-driven, it produces no electric arcs or sparks, making it suitable for use in hazardous environments.
